Gippsland Multicultural Services is recruiting a Manager Business Services & Finance
SCHADS Level 6–7
0.8-1.0 FTE, negotiable
Morwell + Flexible / Hybrid Arrangements where operationally appropriate. Gippsland Multicultural Services (GMS)
Salary – $55.72 – $62.79 per hour, depending on experience, plus superannuation, plus salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per FBT year
This senior leadership role will lead finance, reporting, business services and systems improvement, while supporting organisational sustainability, growth across Gippsland and innovation opportunities.
Essential:
Accounting, Commerce or Finance qualification
Experience in budgeting, financial management and reporting
Experience supervising, mentoring and supporting staff
Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Employment Hero and payroll compliance requirements, including Portable Long Service Leave
Highly regarded:
• CPA/CA or working towards
• Community/not-for-profit or social enterprise experience
• Understanding of SCHADS Award Interpretation
