The Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) Program is designed to equip and empower humanitarian entrants and eligible permanent migrants as they settle into their new communities.

Our mission is to provide the necessary tools and guidance to enhance social participation, economic independence, personal wellbeing, and community connectedness. If you’re new to Australia, we’re here to help make your transition smooth and fulfilling.

Who it's for

To access our services, you must be a humanitarian entrant or an eligible permanent migrant experiencing settlement challenges. You might be in urgent need of assistance, such as health crises or family issues or navigating significant life changes that require short-term support.

Service areas

Our services are available to residents within the six Local Government Areas of Gippsland: Baw Baw, Latrobe, South Gippsland, Bass Coast, Wellington, and East Gippsland.

Service days and times

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
